It has been a while! Hope your summer is great! The last three posts we discussed kettlebell exercises. This month we will group all of the previous exercises into one workout.
5-10 min warm-up
|Kettleswing||3 sets, 20 reps|
|Renegade Row||3 sets, 12 reps each side|
|One arm chest press||3 sets, 12 reps each side|
|Leg lifts||3 sets, 20 reps|
|Plank hold||3 sets, hold till failure!|
|2 min run|
Do each exercise once, then move to the next one. Repeat sequence 3 times. Rest is minimal!
5-10 min cool down
After that intense workout, make sure that you stretch!
