Tikka Masala Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

Eggs
Tikka masala sauce (a spicy red curry sauce with tomatoes and butter – homemade or commercial)
Sour cream or 1/2 & 1/2

I scramble eggs with either my own tikka masala sauce, or Trader Joe’s bottled, and a bit of sour cream or half & half.

Goes really nicely with marmalade/cream cheese stuffed french toast with vanilla syrup and lemon zested pan fried potatoes.
